When I first started we got raises every 6 months, now they have
changed
their policy to once a year. They do not promise any set amount of
hours
and your schedule changes every week. Its hard to set a budget when
you
dont know your monthly income. They give no incentives for their
employees. You are not able to get medical insurance unless you are
full
time and they have done away with the full time positions. So why stay?
The only people they will be able to atrack will be seasonal employee
looking for extra money for the holiday with an employee discount. No
one who plans or would like to stay unless they have a spouse that has
benefits.
