there is really no dress code as long as we keep our vests on. there
are about 22 employees at our store (#29). there is really no
opportunities for advancement. there are only 7 full time positions in
the whole store. the rest are part time. and the full time employees
have been there for years and are not planning to leave any time soon,
so tht leaves no room for advancement. This particular store has all
white employees. the hours are horrible--especailly this time of the
year--and they dont seem to care whether the employees are happy or
not...they will schedule you 6-7 days a week for 2-4 hours a day--and
tell you there is nothing you can do about it but quit or be fired. i
drive 1 1/2 hours and average 18-20 hours a week--i work 6 days for
about 3-4 hours a day...and they dont care that i have to drive all that
way--which i was not told there was nothing i could do about this at the
beginning--until new managment came in and totally changed
everything...if it were up to me i would tell everyone who inquired
about a position in this company to tuck there tail and get as far away
from there as possible becasue they tell you that you will have every
other weekend off and have close to full time hours (and at the
beginning you do!) and then everything changes and you end up stuck in a
go nowhere job that you have worked your rear off to prove your self and
then you get the short end of the stick and are told there is nothing
you can do about it!!!
