last three years. Put more projects on same people = OT and burnout.
Plant running few product lines at profit. One product line drives
plant profitability. New product launch in October of 2003 - gaurenteed
to be hectic and should eventually be profitable. Slow upward trend.
Look for significant management turnover in 18 months to 2 years.
