I was earning minimum salary for managing two offices, with remote
reporting
responsibilities to approximately 10 field offices. Travel was required
between
the two offices, often within the same day. Parking was paid for, as was
mileage
reimbursement of $0.41/km. Salary package was in the extremely low
$50,000,
with
three weeks vacation after completing one year of employement. There
was no
bonus that this position could apply for, and increases were given once
a year
at
a company set rate (all employees would receive the same percentage).
