Unfortunately there is a monopoly in the particular industry that this
company works within. This company has no regards to the "people" that
make the company. Morale is non-existent in most departments and
extremely low in others. Staff are afraid to speak up for fear of
loosing their jobs, many of the personnel are making minimum dollars
but working extremely long hours with no other forms of compensation.
This company will cut staff to save costs, and just shift additional
work onto existing employees. Burnout rate is extremely high, and
stress leave is almost an acceptable norm.
