The bonus is unlimited and last year i made 2x my annual alary in bonus alone. There is also a stockpurchase option with employer matched contributions as well as 401k with employee matched contributions. I also get 18 days of paid vacation time. At the end of the year I have the option to sell or buy additional days. At the end of my 5th year I will go from 18 paid vacation days to 23 days. There are additional increases in vacation time however I am unsure of the required tenure to achieve these. There are many additional perks as cash incentives, trips, awards ceremonies etc. just to give an example 18 employees at the same level as my self, 10 branch sales managers, 5 district managers, ans 2 sales assitants just returned from an all expense paid trip for 6 days and 7 nights in Paris and London. There are also quarterly trips to locations such as veal, colorado, and cancuun, mexico.
