I know times are tough and no raises for 4 years but they could afford weekend support. It may be for just the next quarter, no one knows. They have passed out small bonuses the last 2 years to try to compensate for no raises. Vacation policy is poor, no negotiation upon being hired. 2 weeks then 1 day after 6 years.
