imangine living in Germany and being inprisoned for the last 12 years.
This company promises the world and delivers nothing. Benifits are
decided by a 3rd party company hired and directed by BellSouth. Kemper
refuses to approve anything other than a death sentence. 99% of the
employees complain about never having any family concerns. High stress
and not over 2min of late time--small business classes start out with 10
employees and finish with 2 or 3 after training for 12 weeks. Many in
tears, some fired, some can not stand the ridged observing, and never
ending objectives being raised and changed without our knowledge until
it is posted in your perminent records with threats of being fired. Work
expected to be done in a time frame that is impossible to meet, if you
work overtime to catch up you are repromanded if you don't you are
written up. Not one min of time to read any email or check your customer
calls on our voice mail. Those who have no senority get out early, some
of us try and bear it out to retirement since we are only a few years or
months away. The company has told us this job is not for any long term
employees, 2years and most are depressed and burned out, so they fire or
force those out and hire new people.
This is not the company it was 15 years ago and never will be. Look
elsewhere if you want a good company with happy employees. Just ask
anyone who has retired or left in the last 10 years.
