Weaknesses are over centralization of IT and 20th century ideas about
day to day management. Could use more innovative leadership in a few
areas. Don't expect to telecommute or structure your own time.
Strengths are: a heck of a lot of talent for a company in this sector,
a lot of services available for the employees and very respectful of
employees. Also one of the most successful companies in this sector;
success is always good for morale!
