- 401K is a joke; company contr's <.5% (yes, less than .5%) to the pot
- healthcare is decent; end up paying $40 a mo for good care; some
choice, but not a lot in terms of haealthcare providers
- hidden benefit is the co's ability to provide fairly fluid transfer of
employees amongst engagements; structure and discipline allow employees
to see diff' industries quickly if have a good skillset; MD's (partners)
fairly good about letting folks get the best opp the co has to offer
regardless of what's good for them.
