I am still employed by BearingPoint. My current salary is $36,700. I started
off at $35,000 base salary. Employees have the option to own BE stock through
an
employee purchase plan, salaries are reviewed on a yearly basis and cost of
living is taken into account. Current vacation time allocation is 15 work-days
for those employed under five years and 20 work-days for employees with the
company five or more years. Company health care/dental and insurance plans are
somewhat basic (mediocre) when it comes to "families" but good for single people.
