Job Title Interview Survey
Sr. Consultant There were two rounds of interviews. I was contacted by a BearingPoint Health Services recruiter after she saw my resume on either dice.com or monster.com. She noticed on my resume some very specific industry experience for which BP required on some existing and forthcoming projects. This was just a brief five minute call asking if I was interested. Then she set up a phone interview with a project manager. I spoke with the project manager for about 35 minutes. We discussed in some detail my technical experience as well as the nature of the projects I would be working on. The third and final interview was in person a few days later -- I was flown out to meet with the manager and senior manager. This was a one hour interview over dinner. The interview was very informal and pleasant with no silly trick interview questions. At this second interview they simply wanted to a)verify that I was a good fit for the postion and to b)convince me to go onboard. Within a few days of the second interview I received the offer to join. The entire process from intitial contact to hire was approximately two weeks.
