Job Title Workplace Survey
Consultant - Corporate culture is collegial; not a cut-throat environment. - Diversity is visible if not actively encouraged - Hours are reasonable; avg 50 / wk; full-time travel is not uncommon, but company does its best to keep people close to home - Dress code is bus casual at the home office; suit at the client site - Most impressive thing 'bout BE as an employer is their brand management and phenomenal efficiency. Leadership has mapped its brand to its business, and has developed and communicated a clear and consisten message to its customers: business and systems aligned. It's solutions and approach to market are all consisten and well coordinated. The company has developed a long-term strategy and has so far been very disciplined about executing that strategy. In a terrible economy, BE is able to issue earnings to its shareholders. That's impressive. - The biggest turn-off about the company is their lack of innovation and bureacracy. Being efficient seems to contradict being imaginative.
