BearingPoint offers the opportunity to work in a variety of businesses,
functions and geographies. You can travel the world or work close to
home. However, timing of projects makes it difficult to predict where
and when the next project will reside.
The culture was strained by poor economy, acquisitions and moving from
a partnership to a public company. Good people processes are in place
yet not delivered on a consistent basis.
Excellent diversity across employee base.
Work hours are long and travel intense.
Dress code is business casual in offices and according to customer
policy.
Advancement opportunities were limited the past several years due to
economic decline. Employee reductions, and terminations for
performance, were regular occurences. This strained employees and
profit line.
