Likely the best Oracle integrator in the world. Good at SAP, PS, CRM
and Supply Chain applications.
Needs to successfully define how to use off-shore programmers, and
cooperate internally on a global basis.
Difficult internal politics at senior-levels after Andersen Business
Consulting and KPMG Europe acquisitions. Although this is to be
expected during such transactions, I was disappointed with the lack of
effort to effectively integrate business units. It appeared that poor
behaviors were tolerated too long.
BearingPoint is, and will continue to be a successful organization. To
be a Best-In-Class company, it must invest heavily in goal deployment,
executive and management coaching, and more aggressively enter new
markets.
