There is not a lot of diverisity at Beacon Federal. The whole time I
worked there the dress code would change more than periodiclly. First
it was casual, than business and when I left it was business casual.
This is not depend on you manager, but the senior managers. They would
tell you that your hours are 8-4:30, but they wanted to to do so much in
one day, and forget about putting in overtime. There is no
opportunities for advancement, unless you are close with the senior
managers. I worked there for 4 years and on my first day back from
materinity leave they fired me and made up a lie to do it. You had to
watch your back more than any other place I have ever worked.
