I first interviewed with a Human Resources representative. She asked the
typical pre-interview questions such as;
What is your greatest strength?
Where would you like to be 5 years from now?
Tell me a little about yourself.
Why do you feel you would benefit Baxter Regional?
Have you ever been fired from a job before?
Do you have a relative at Baxter Regional?
After that, I waitede a few days to interview with the Facilities
Director. He asked some of the same questions but, threw in questions
like;
Sometimes this position can seem tedious. Do you think you can handle a
tedious job?
What experience do you have in this field?
Do you get along with others/
Tell me about some of the different equipment you have worked on in the
past. Why did you leave your last position?
Are you willing to work week ends or off- shift hours?
After this interview, I wated a few nmore days and finally had an
interview with the maintenance shop supervisor. (As a courtesy, as
explained to me by the facilities director.) He aksed many of the same
questions I had been askede earlier. I believe I already had the job,
but the boss just wanted approval of the supervisor.
