The look is definitely further growth though employee morale is very
low in the London office.
They are going through major growing pains (more like shrinking pains)
and they are losing staff and clients (due to bad economies) but that
is the nature of business in some respects. Weeding out the
disenchanted people and bringing in new blood.
The product and services are some of the best in the business. There
aren't any real competitors and Barra's modeling is legendary. Saying
that, they've been on top for so long that they are the most expensive
and have lost touch with their client base. These things are
recognized in upper management and they are making the effort to fix
this.
The overall business outlook is good. Barra is a solid firm.
