I have actually worked here since 1982, so your survey does not go back
further than 13 years. Banta has one of the best track records I know
of when it comes to consistant growth and opportunities in the Print
Business. Our culture is ingrained in outstanding moral ethics, honesty
and integrity. We operate in an atmosphere that is open to ideas,
casual business atire and the employee's know when to work and when to
play. Our plant is in small town USA, Family values are apparent in the
workplace, if your child has a Christmas program, your going to be able
to see them if its at all possible. There are opportunities to grow
with the organization if you exhibit the potential, with low turn over
in our area sometimes in some areas of the plant there maybe more or
less chances for this, this is more true of plant hourly employee's.
