Base salary was commensurate with wage range for my position level at the time.
Higher wages went to a senior person with a masters degree (and higher
quality/quantity production), and to section/team managers. Bonuses were
available for exceeding quarterly production quotas without unsatisfactory
audits, although top bonus ("far exceeds") was nearly out of reach and next
bonus
("exceeds") was often not sufficient to cover the overtime required to reach it,
although I usually did anyway. No signing or year-end bonuses. Stock options
were granted, but were worthless when I had to cash them in. Vacation time was
favorable - start at 4 weeks (low level bank officer). Special perk paid for me
to adopt my stepdaughter.
