Salary at Bank Of America is HORRIBLE!!!! Customer service reps start at
$22k....When I got the promotion to Credit Analyst, I thought "Great, maybe I'll
make closer to what I should be making, considering I do have a BS degree."
....soooooo wrong....$1k increase, which may go up six months after getting the
position. Vacation time is good with 3 weeks, and the opportunity to "purchase"
a 4th. For some reason they stopped doing stock options, and in order to get pay
out on bonuses, you have to meet so many ridiculous goals and
numbers...Everything is about production and numbers...if you don't hit one goal
for one day out of the month, you're name is "forwarded to upper management"
