Job Title Salary Survey
Assistant $40,500.00 base salary. I can make anywhere from $1125 to unlimited dollars in bonus every quarter. It depends on how well we perform in the banking center. When I first started as a part-time teller, my salary was 22,000 a year. I received a raise every three months while in that position. The raise was .50/hour each time. The tellers also received bonus money from the banking center performing well. Then when I was promoted to a personal banker, I was paid 28,000. I also received bonuses while in this position. After one year, I got a raise to 30,000 and promoted to a senior personal banker. After one year, I was promoted to banking center manger at 36,000. This also came with bonuses. After one year, I got a raise to 38,000. A year later, I took a step back for family reasons. I went into the Assistant Banking Center Manager position. I actually got a raise to 40,500. This was because I excelled in my position and I was taking a new position but for a bigger branch. I helped opened this branch and hire all the people. So you see the advancement!
