The interview was very easy...you go to a job fair and take a stupid
computer test based on customer service. You then have to go through
three different interviews, on three different days...which really sucks
when you live a half hour away from the site. The interviewers give you
scenarios about customer service situations, which are very easy to
answer...then you get a lecture about how important attendance is...this
makes it obvious that they have a high turn over rate.
