I approached the manager and asked if I could leave my resume with her. She was already impressed by my friendliness and asked me to sit down right then and there! They sent my resume to HR and I received a phone call from donald within a couple of days. I took a personality test and a math test online and when I passed that, I was called in for a face-to- face interview. He asked me some questions about my feelings toward company policy, if I embrace them or if I'd express to the customer that the policies are dumb. He even had me role play having to turn a customer away because of a policy, wanting to know how I'd handle it. It was a great interview!
