There is a minimum of a 15% pay differential between equally qualified
men and women performing identical jobs. Was told that perfomance will
be what matters but when you start out making 15% less than your peers,
it takes about two years to be making what they were when they started
their jobs. The job market is not great and they are exploiting women -
now that I know it with 100% certainty its time to go somewhere else.
