I enjoyed my job very much. Since I was in a support position, my desk
was in an office building rather than a bank branch. There was a
diverse pool of employees and yet everyone got along fairly well. Most
Management came from California and that mixed in well with the
Hawaiian ease of things. Moral seemed good and upper management mixed
well with entry level employees. They did adhere to a dress code and
had uniforms available to purchase (new and used). Most employees put
in at least a 40 hour work week with overtime being offered on a fairly
regular basis. Security was very good also. All employees had to
enter a secured door when coming and going into the office. They also
provided maximum training for their employees; often with other Bank of
America employees from California coming to stay in Honolulu for
several weeks at a time. Since then I have moved from Hawaii
and now am a full time Mother and Homemaker. I would definitely
consider going back to Bank of America for employment in the future as
it is a great place to work and has a wonderful family atmosphere.
