The people from the corporate office pride themselves on custoemer service, which is so important to me! The office I work in is a diverse environment, schedules me for exactly the amount of hours I want, whether it's 10 hours a week or 40. They're serious about dress code, but it's common sense stuff for an office. The opportunities for advancement are wonderful! After just 6 months at a certain branch, you can request a transfer, apply for other BOA jobs on your work computer, and everyone at the bank wants each other to succeed! It's the most uplifting job place I've ever experienced.
