It is the good ole boy scenerio where no matter what you do, if he doesn't like you...you never get anywhere. This manager refuses to help associates get out of his area if they choose to saty with the bank and try to move up. Raises? bonus? no such thing unless your one of the choosen few. Reviews are a joke, they will find a reason to not give you a raise therefore your reviews will always suck! This job has been a very big disssappointment in my career and I am currently seeking employment elsewhere so I will bw utilized and appreciated and get a raise now and then...gasp!
