Obviously, this is a great company and has done well in the past and
will continue to do well in the future. I have had nothing but
excellent dealings with this company when I worked there and now when I
am not an employee, but a customer. Bank of America stressed how it
began many years ago and they always encouraged their employees to wear
Bank of America logo shirts when out of the office. To stress the
family togetherness they would have a yearly picnic at a local ranch in
Hawaii. Several hundred employees and their families came to enjoy a
wonderful day of food and fun in a more relaxed atmosphere. I feel
that the biggest thing an employee at Bank of America needs to do is
stay informed and up to date on all of the products that Bank of
America offers and also stay up to date on the latest in computer
technology. Other banks (who shall remain nameless) have employees
that have a hard time working their computers and it is very hard for
the customer to stand there and wait for an employee to figure things
out when the customer has greater knowledge of the situation.
