Decent company to work for, great work environment. If you are a social
person this is definitly a great job for you. It is a company that is
very much built on relationships and how you treat people. As a
supervisor there I found that my best and most dedicated employees where
the ones that took the initiative to meet the members. Once you do make
it to a management position at the club level, expect to move around a
lot. There is not much stability or attempt to keep a sales team
together, if you are not hitting your budget you will be moved. Salary
is not that great but incentive package is awesome if you hit your
numbers. Very relaxed environment to work in, as with most companies
they seem not to take the best care of their top sellers, again going
back to relationships, the employees that the members like and are
always talking to seem to move quicker up through the ranks.
