| Director of Marketing and Product Development |
My base salary when I left was $97,000 per year, and also included a
bonus of 10%, paid biannually. I believe that most directors were
earning about the same. The bonus was determined each half year based
on how well the company performed, and could have been zero if the
president so decided. There was no signing bonus involved, and no stock
was available. Directors were provided with three weeks vacation time,
and an additional week would be accrued after 5 years with the company.
In addition, the company contributed to a SEP account for employees
after they had been with the company for two years. Once again, the
amount was determined each year by the president but was generally
around 5% of an employees annual salary.
