BOK is a fairly relaxed place to work. Banker's hours are common. The
people are good to work with. I worked there for two years and wanted to
go back for my MBA. My boss was very helpful and a great teacher for the
short time I was there.
Best paying positions are working under the lenders through the
rotational program. This puts you in the profit sharing of the lending
department you are teamed up with. Other positions don't really pay that
great, but it is a sacrifice for the great quality of life and the decent
vacation and sick days you get. If you can get options in the stock as
part of your negotiated pay, go for it. The stock is great and their
smart acquisitions will continue to profitably grow this company.
