Overall, they treat their employees well. You get many hours if your
schedule is flexible. They tend to hire new people and pay them less
than to give current employees more hours. Full time jobs on front line
are available when the club opened, but were gradually replaced with
part-time help. They do hire from within, so opportunities for
advancement are there, but you have to bide your time. The more
willing you are to be cross-trained in several departments, the farther
you'll go. Dress code is very casual, even allowing shorts in summer
months for hourly workers, except in tire bay/bakery/food court/demos.
