| Manager of Client Services |
The culture of the company was dictated from Dallas, the corporate
office. All decisions are made at this level and then passed down to
the employees. There is little input or discussion from employees
regarding processes, or company direction. The top management has the
bottom line as the only focus, and therefore sales are everything.
One of the nice things about the company is that there is not a manager
at each location, so the employee feels as if they are working for
themselves and can put in whatever hours are necessary to get the job
done. The downside is the compensation structure. All sales and
employment counselors are paid by commission only; no base or
flexibility based on monthly performance. As a counselor, your income
is controlled by the sales team and management. The incentives are
given to sales only and counselors do all the work.
The culture is not very diverse and the dress code is from the 50's.
No
pants allowed for women ever.
There are no advancement opportunities within the company, and when you
leave you will most likely not see all the money owed to you. I don't
recommend this company as an employee friendly company.
