Salary ranges from $40M-75M early on if you can prove yourself and that is
before bonouses. Have a good year expect any where from 10-40% of salary in
incentive. Nice $10M signing bonous. Options come with time but look at the
stock
Price boys and girls alot of small town bankers are worth Millions due to BB&T's
rapid growth. Good Vacation from 2-3 weeks your first year. I am telling you
raises and promotions are easy to come by if you are a performer and especially
if you are an MDP.
