I have 27 years service and make $107K plus typically a 10% bonus.
Bonus varies up/down with performance and company performance. Health
benefits are Cigna or HMO with some cosharing -- about typical. 401K
they give $1 for every 2, and there are stock options that basically
allow you to purchase stock at reduced rates (if held). For retirement,
if you work 30 years, you're probably going to get 40%, but its
complicated, plus about $3500 toward an AARP health plan. The general
impression is that we are slightly less than Dow and Dupont, but the
company insists the numbers don't show it.
