I only interviewed with the person that would become my supervisor. He was not very aggressive so the interview was quick, painless, and not very confrontational. Since that time there is now a standardized interview process where a standard set of questions will be asked. This same set is asked by two different people so you get a second chance to think about what you would say, but you don't know that it will be the same questions until you begin the second interview.
