The environment was very relaxed and everyone is always willing to help out with
ideas or
outside issues. This is a place not only to work but to make friends and have a
life. Dress was
very casual yet professional. Hours were flexible to family life and school.
There
was just no real opportunity for advancement as a Graphic Designer. There was
much diversity
and very equal opportunity, they focused on helping college students get
internships and get a
start. There are so many opprotunities to participate in the college life and
events around
campus. Aztec spirit was encouraged during sport event days. There are always
parties to
celebrate every holiday and big incentive BBQ days for all the employees.
Employees all were
very personable and cheerful. Many opprotunities to further your own education
and you are
supported by the company to take classes at your leissure. Company will pay for
classes
benefiting education that would help in your job position. Many opprotunities to
learn about
different aspects of the company. The CEO was and still is interested in all the
employees and
how to make things better for all. The CEO has an open door policy and welcomes
any advice.
All help to the company from outside sources were always rewarded and welcomed.
