I answered an ad in an employment news newspaper. It was with an
employment agency and I was tested there. There was one round of
interviews and I was then told I was hired. I worked under the agency
for six months until I was made permanent hire.
This is not a process I endorse because, there is a great deal of
uncertainty with it. Dispite problems listed above, I believe that the
best way to have entered in would have been directly. I believe that
this is the more general way now.
