Reps must attend their monthly sales meeting which is a giant Pep Rally for the company. I always enjoyed the monthly meeting to see the new products being introduced and learn about the sales promotions for the next month. My time as a rep was actually from 1979 to 1980, but I hear that nothing for the reps have changed.
