I think their distribution could be improved by being more realistic regarding their technology and requiring training of the representatives, who get only what their District Managers give them, this is sketchy at best. Much of my job is given to trying to teach them how to place orders and actually use the system. However, the "out" is that these people are "independent contractors" so training then becomes up to them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
