When interviewed for the position there was only one round of
interviews and they did not touch on much of my ability as it was self
explanatory. The state manager joined the hire manager to make the
decision but initially it was just the Hire manager. They asked more
about what systems I have used previous and the last position I had
without going into much detail. The personal life were another aspect
heavily questioned. It is without a doubt that when I was interviewed
they had no other choice but to hire me. The current employee at the
time was leaving at the end of the next week so they took a gamble with
me to see if I was able to do the job. I guess they were just thankful
for the fact I was able to pick up on the work quickly so they could
keep me on for the last three years.
