The company has a generally good feel about it. The other employees are
easy to get along with and a lot of fun. The hours are flexible and
there is a casual atmosphere which extends to the dress code. The
company has a diversity in positions throughout the company. This
allows for employees to be able to progress through the company to
enrich their careers. The corporate culture is dales driven, this
however is detriment to the whole company. It has caused dissention in
the ranks with the hire department. It is time for the company to
realise that the whole company are not going to be profitable just
because of the current sales rep. They are becoming detrimetal when it
comes to the customer service aspect of the company. It is about the
culture of the company if thy are to continue to bow down to the sales
reps eventually we will loose our customer base and eventually the
respect we have built with our customers until there is nothing left.
