The overall Business look of the company is moderate. The actual
business is going along fine however with internal turmoil with the
lack of communication from Management to their employees is not
allowing morale to pick up after the redundancies. I used to love
working for the organisation but now I fell that I have to fight to
keep the running of the hire department sane as the people are
overstressed and underpaid. This is stemming from one sales
representative that due to her ability to bring the money in is allowed
to run roughshod over the department that has to clean up and rectify
her problems without even a thanks. The problems are given to the
current hire manager but to no avail and so the roundabout continues on
a daily basis and the stress level is making it hard to come to work on
a daily basis.
