Currently having gone through a merger all is not well. The culture has
become much harder - I am talking about trust in colleagues and
management. Also quite short term not worrying about future years just
this years numbers.
The management lock themselves away - never a good sign. They seem to be
going through the motions.
Hours of work depend on the assigment / workload can be very high or
quite low.
Dress code is relaxed in the office and then smart business on client
site.
Opportunities for advancement is not clear at the moment.
