Job Title Workplace Survey
Sales Associate/MIT The workplace was a stressful one. It was one where the store ran entirley because of its staff and not the managers. Sean Switzer was the manager starting in August. It was not bad then but I came back and started working for them again on a full-time basis and it was awful. With me becoming an MIT it gave the manager and assistant manager more time to do nothing but yell at employees and make cat calls to goodlooking girls that walked by our store. This action was justified by saying that they were not paying customers so who cares. The store has an image to maintain and it is not doing that. The hours were ridculous. They scheduled me for 58 knowing full well that I could not work that many due to health reasons. And proper breaks were not given out to the employees at all. Other than that the shifts were fine in general. The dress code is standard uniform. The company is a good one to work for from the experience that I have had in the past but these 2 managers have made it awful for me and all of the other staff that work there.
