I joined AZ after many years with my former employer due to the selling
point of work/life balance.........and they have come through! The
atmosphere is motivating, encouraging, and stimulating. People act with
a base of respect and are committed to development at all levels. There
is a flexible work arrangement built around the core hours of 9am to 3
pm. Dress code is business casual. From the day I started, people have
constantly asked me to think about where I want my career to go and are
very interested in helping me get there.
