Two interviews held on the golf course. Lightpath was a start-up
operating company of Cablevision, a primary northeast provider, and
rapidly penetrated the New York metropolitan area with 100 ??lit??
buildings and 2000 route miles in under 2 years. Recruited to grow the
organization from 0 to 60 new sales and technical support professionals
that attained 1000% sales revenue growth over last twelve months of
operation.
?? Sales and Organizational Leadership: Led team sales from zero to
$1 million monthly revenue in 1 year and consistent quarterly increases,
while at the same time maintaining 100% employee retention and 100%
customer satisfaction levels. Earned the 1999 President??s Award for
outstanding sales contributions and unprecedented growth. Led
Lightpath??s sales initiative to win unprecented and well publicized
Connecticut and New York State bids valued at $50M plus over 5 years.
?? Operations Management: Administered $200 million capital budget,
and managed 60 new hires with 5 senior level first line reports. Defined
compensation and incentive plans, built strategic alliances with local
businesses, chambers, vendors/supplies, and wrote and implemented bar
code inventory process procedure, dual entrance philosophy for all
buildings, and provisioning and critical dates database process.
