It was the most displeasing employment experience I have ever had. The
possibilities
for advancement within the institution were non-existant. The hours were
not suitable. I was once there at 10:00 PM the night before Christmas
(December 23rd), running hundreds of envelopes through a laser printer.
You were called in on your weekends, and the company did not give any
holidays other than Thanksgiving. The diversity was extremely limited,
and within the organization you were viewed as being 'less' if you had
not received a degree from either Stanford, Yale or Harvard.
