Since my time there, there is no one who still works there aside from the President. At two years of my leaving 100% turn over happened. There is an extremely large salary differential between senior management and other people in the organization. I think the organization has over extended themselves, and are in a financial crisis due to fiscal mismanagement. I think this company will downsize and that employee moral is very very bad. I would not take a job with this organization.
